After a while i finally have it done.
This skill was requested by my bud OMEGA, it's as simple as it gets although it wasn't as simple to make, just shoot it and obliterate the enemy with it (can't be blocked).
Hope you all enjoy it! It was pretty rough to make, oh and also i fixed Ultimate breaker, it shouldn't miss anymore (i hope)

the ultimate breaker still is bugged its works inconsistently when he goes for the first punch it doesnt always connect

As per usually amazing work though I just want to point out that Ultimate Breaker doesn't have a "Ki Cost" but it does have a "Ki Required". I fixed this for myself but just a FYI.
