【重要】規約改定について
🕑 Added 2022-11-15 09:47:18 +0000 UTCこの度pixiv運営側から「決済を伴う取引に関するサービス共通利用規約改定の事前のお知らせとお願い」にて規約変更のお知らせがありまして、特定の内容の商品としての取り引きが禁止となる旨が告知されました。
その特定の内容が思いっきり自分のジャンルと被ってる部分がありましたので、該当作品の扱いを変更しなくてはいけなくなりました（まだはっきりしていない所もあるので１１月下旬までは様子見です）。
説明内容を見る限りでは、決算用カード側の規約が問題であり、「取り引きが禁止されている商品」という記述だったので、ひとまずは支援者限定になっている該当作品を全体公開に変更する（他の支援サイト含め）形になると思いますが、もし支援サイトと紐付けられている作品そのものが駄目、という話になってると、FANBOXそのものから離れる必要があるかもしれません。
決算用カードの規約の問題と考えると、他の支援サイトも同じように変更になってくる可能性も考えられますし、そうなると現状の活動そのものが困難になりますね……
そこまで最悪にならなかったとしても、限定コンテンツをどこに当てはめるかが難しくなってきます。
単純に限定コンテンツを減らす、という事も考えましたが、支援者様への特典が減るというのが懸念点でして、これからは支援者限定コンテンツの選択を大雑把なくくりにするかもしれません（当然ながら、結果として支援が減って稼げなくなるのがきついという理由もあります）。
フォロワー様、支援者様にはご迷惑をおかけしますがご理解いただけるようお願いします。
現時点でFANBOXそのものから撤退する事も考えはしましたが、前述のように規制そのものが他にも広がっていく可能性がありますし、現状支援者数はFANBOXがダントツの状態なのでなかなか厳しい状態ですね……でも身の振り方を考えないといけないかもしれません。
