Blood For The Blood God!

New optional blood system!
Blood spawns when units or enemies are killed, and when enemies damage other units. Originally, blood spawned when any entity was damaged, but rescinded that as foresight to prevent spam from towers like Arcantech & Rocket Battery.
I have yet to decide whether it will be opt-out or opt-in.

I've decided the blood will be opt-in. Reasons; Performance impact, and for those people who are default uncomfortable with gore.
