Sebulba would cheat and sabotage. While tech would overcome these obstacles, it would probably be enough hinderance for sebulba to win, particularly if there's not enough time to study the racers and track beforehand

Even though Tech is inexperienced in Speeder Racing, the previous episode certainly proved that he's adaptable and will analyze the best methods to win. Sebulba is too much of a hot head. Tech all the way!
