Even though it was a little over a week ago, Happy New Year/Gott Nytt År to you too Sarah! I genuinely really do hope that 2025 will be a great year for you filled with nothing but positivity and lots of love. 🎉😊💖 I’ll be honest with you, 2024 was not an easy year for me and have had things happen that unfortunately have caused me to greatly reduce my presence here and not be very active or involved with the community along with not listening to the audios (plus commenting on them as well if I actually do listen to them) anywhere near as much as I used to. That being said though, I genuinely really do appreciate you always being your kind, amazing, awesome, wonderful, sweet, funny, thoughtful, supportive, understanding, loving and caring self as you always are no matter what Really hoping that 2025 will be a good year for everyone

I'm glad to be part of this community. I'll honestly say that ur audios have helped me fall asleep faster and stay asleep longer. Used to have alot of trouble falling asleep and staying asleep, now those issues aren't nearly as common
