If it helps to picture what it would look like It’s similar to sleep paralysis but (at least in my case) it doesn’t cause actual paralysis. Just the hallucinations

This maybe a little too specific but I’ve never seen someone touch on hallucinations after a nightmare. It’s something I personally experience and not a lot of people seem to talk about it much so I would definitely love to see a comfort audio for something in that realm. (it’s called hypnopompic hallucinations, or hypnagogic hallucinations if it happens when falling asleep.)

Definitely: listener is sick/weak in hospital or bedridden and gf is soothing and watching over her bedside
