Talking about a personal problem
🕑 Added 2024-08-07 03:43:25 +0000 UTCI rarely talk about my personal life on here but I will in this case because it's something highly related to my content creation. The past 1-2 years I have felt like my cognitive abilities have gotten worse. I often feel like my mind is foggy, my short-term memory is worse, I find it harder to think in the abstract and form complicated thoughts. It kinda feels like my mind has become narrower, like it has less RAM to use a computer metaphor. It often bothers me because it makes coming up with and writing scripts a lot more difficult.
I guess I'm talking about this in case any of you have had similar experiences, and have any recommendations on improving it. I don't know if it's because I need better quality sleep, or a better diet, or I'm consuming too much caffeine, or maybe it's mostly psychological. I just hope it's nothing serious or permanent.
