The maximum femininity level is 70. The poker game takes place in the chef's cell during his time slot. You need to have seen the scene with the stepfather in the visiting room on Sundays. After this, you'll unlock several more scenes in the chef's cell. If you've also lost enough intelligence with the nerd, you'll progress further with scenes involving that character as well.
