Release data about 0.40C1 and info
🕑 Added 2025-02-19 22:05:51 +0000 UTCHello, hello! How's everything going? Well, you've already seen the 13 points in the other post—that was the technical section. I won't be posting more about it because the patch will be released this Saturday, the 22nd, along with the full changelog.
But I want to announce the new workflow I'll be following and see what you think… As you may have noticed, the patches I make are bigger, but they take me longer. Lately, though, I've been managing the schedule better—I mean the timing.
So, I was thinking that from now on, after this patch is released, I'll dedicate weekends to hunting for videos, brainstorming ideas, and writing scripts. Then, each day, I'll aim to create one well-made scene like the ones I’ve been doing now. That would leave me with five well-made scenes per week and the possibility of expanding content for the second or third most-voted option.
What does this mean? I’d be releasing one patch per month, but all routes would progress equally while I continue improving. You might say, "Isn’t that the same as now?" Well, yes, but with an improvement—the difference is that I wouldn't feel that "overload" anymore. Lately, I’ve been spending two days gathering materials, then having to do everything at once in just a day or two. With this new method, I'll have time to balance my life with this project.
I just wanted to share it because I’m excited about it—I think it's good news! Though on weekends, hmmm... I’ll have to look into more programming or play other games, whether I like it or not…

I'm still working on the patch, but it will be released ^^ hehe :D Well, technically, there are three of us working on this patch and the future ones, since they will be released more frequently. Right now, we're figuring out how to set things up for the future hehe.

Lately, well, in this patch, it will be more noticeable... that there will be some redirections to the scenes... and yes, I'm thinking about adding thoughts to Jacob, like "I should go to a certain area," hehe. I see it as a better option than adding a "guide" as such, I don't know, hehe ^^

I'm a little lost on how to advance the story. I think it would be interesting if there were some tips telling you where to go and at what time. I honestly don't know if something like this already exists, at least I haven't found it. Thank you for the game, it's wonderful. PS: Sorry for my bad English.
