Kindred - Chapter 19 Part 1

It's kind of light-hearted compared to the rest of this story and I don't know how well it fits, but it's a way of introducing something for later that I thought was sort of cute and maybe much-needed levity? Let me know how you feel about it.

Haha, yeah he just might be : P We are about 150k into a 200k story, by my best guess. I'm betting on 25 chapters total.

Considering that the romance/relationship between Tulimak and Finnegan is one of the main focus of the story, I believe that this and similar interludes do fit if circumstances allow it (such as being in that ship). I liked it. Dunno if there's any room for improvement. Also, Finn is totally into bondage. Unrelated, how far are we in the story with this chapter? 60%? Sorry if you already replied that somewhere but I couldn't find anything about how many chapters you planned for Kindred.

I liked it! Nice change of pace from what has happened, unfortunate they were interrupted however... One thing else I must say is just how much I appreciate it when characters describe in detail tastes, scents, textures and physical sensations. It really helps me to imagine the characters better, as these senses are all tied to our own reality. It also helps me create a living world in my mind and visualize everything in greater detail.
