Thank you so much for spending the time to write this out. It was super helpful and cemented some of the things I was already considering! With the basics done for villagers and townsfolk, coming out with a pack of clothing for pirates, guards, or vampires is absolutely the next step. In fact, you highlighted something that I would love to tackle, which is setting specific clothing. If I draw Ravenloft armor/clothing as a pack that will be just as useful as a Baldurs Gate Guards pack for those people running games in those places! And I cant wait to get to that point! Thanks again for the comment, much love :)

Yes! That is fairly easy :)

Lemme begin by echoing the sentiment that others have expressed. This is a fantastic idea that I can't believe nobody else has developed sooner and I can't wait to see what more you come up with! I especially love the PSD format because it lets people with some tinkering skills, like myself, to have a play with the assets: using drawing tools or color replacement tools to get even more options, with much less time spent tweaking the components cause I don't have access to the layers data. Now for a little more constructive input. Let me say, first and foremost, that I can only speak for myself as a DM and I fully acknowledge that i may be an outlier in this regard. With that said, here are my thoughts: When it comes to named npcs like allies, patrons, or even villains, I tend to use character art set in a round frame. The main reason for this is oftentimes I'll be designating an "official character art" image for these more important npcs anyway, as a visual aid for my players. What I think the best option to focus on for a fist pass would be is clothing/armor for generic minions. Your skeletons pack you put out recently was brilliant and a perfect example: I'd love to see that followed up with more themed sets like a "bandits" pack, a "town guards" pack, and things like that. Build a wide base of the "standard" stuff. You only need to release certain things once: most haistyles, weapons and even armor, have a lot of universal application. From there, I think there'd be a lot of potential in packs themed more around specific settings. Imagine a "Ravenloft" pack that releases some new helmets and shoulder-plates that can be used on a previously released armor set to modify them into looking moe barovian, as well as maybe some fanged mouth options to tack onto existing face options. To summarise, I think if you focus on building a strong core of "general" options, it'll allow you to then release themed packs that build on that core. I believe that will allow you do even more unique, fun and interesting stuff in the long term, as well as make for more releases in the long run, maximising engagement. Pardon the novel, i'm just really excited for this concept and what you do next with it!

Looking at it again it may be as simple as a toggle border line for pectorals

For the inclusion of amputated limbs, it would be cool to see some sort of "stub" option and there would need to be a lower leg so the spacing gap on the left leg isn't an issue.

Thank you so much! I cant wait to get more done! XD

This is such a great idea! I'm so glad that you're working on it!
