That would be cool, and downtown LA is starting to get enough of a concentration of destinations to make it work. Might want to have a zone on the Wilshire corridor too.

Cool thing is that LA is studying congestion pricing to fund LA Metro and found that cordoning Downtown LA, like what NYC is doing with manhattan, has the best ROI. I hope they'll finally implement it by the end of the decade

Unfortunately it is probably too late to change it now but at 2:00 the title says London but I’m pretty sure the video is somewhere in Japan. Is that a mistake, or are all the videos not specifically of the city being referred to at that part?
