Dungeon Stone S-System Walls & Corners
🕑 Added 2021-11-30 19:02:24 +0000 UTCI've always found the S-System to be an interesting compromise on the wall/tile problem. They are VERY easy to reason about when placing them on the table, and they give a lot more design room for the walls if you want more embellishment. This release contains the very basics. 4 walls (1x-4x), 4 low walls (1x-4x), 5 corners (IO, II, IT, IL, IX) and 5 low corners (IO, II, IT, IL, IX). These make for a really interesting set when trying to do walls that are in the interior of a building, or for that matter, they are great for dungeons. Finally, S-System has been a pretty standard way for people to recreate many boardgame boards like hero-quest.

Ah okay. Far less interesting than I hoped. 😆

It's from Openlock - printable scenery has all their tile shapes here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1833963 and S System Walls are in the 7th image. They named them that because they call their 2x1 floor S, 3x1 SA and 4x1 SB, so it just refers to their tile naming system.

Great stuff! What's the reason they are called "s walls"?
