I know this can be a bit dark so I wanted to offset this with confirmation that the main plot is resuming alongside this ending.
Before people ask or come running with their pitchforks:
A. Yes, this an AU. This is not how Hector and Vince have turned out. That should be made evident by the point of separation where the AU startedB. Yes I had this planned from the start. I was even debating if I should stick to it or not but I'm not one to let "pleasing people" dictate my narrative direction.
C. Is this all a dream? Guess we'll find out and see how this plays into the main plot, shall we?
Or maybe I'm just overthinking and you're all on board for fine final arc of the Sylveon Saga.
