Lol i know this doesn't matter anymore and the bets probably been resolved but i rewound that bet conversation a few times now and here's my take on it... Brandon said "Merle flips for Daryl and they take out the governor" (no timeline stated), that's what you both shook on. Then it changed and you both kind of took the "Kill the governor" part out and agreed to it so then the bet was just "Merle flips for Daryl". Then you guys discussed faking the flip and since no timeline was given, the bet can be prolonged until whenever it's 100% confirmed whether he truly flipped or not which I believe what Ron was trying to get at Sorry Brandon, think I'm with Ron on this one 🤣 I think going forward, you have to always set a timeline if you haven't already Nonetheless, the whole discussion was fun and great reaction as always haha

I think for the Merle debate, Ron’s right here Say if the bet hypothetically was "does Daryl kill Merle" and at the end of the episode he stabs Merle and it seems like he dies, but the next episode he’s actually alive, he did not in fact kill Merle. Although it may have looked like it did. I think Ron is right in having to set that parameter, else wise, verbatim the bet can go on until proven otherwise/until the end of the series. Similar to a player scoring 40 for the end of a game or by a certain quarter, the time of when said details occur is apart of the bet and can’t be automatically assumed.

You can actually see Maggie grab the baby outfit out of the cupboard in the first place they checked. She opens the cupboard grabs the outfit, then sees formula and grabs that too

I'm with Brandon on the Lori bet but I gotta side with Ron for the Merle one. We know that Merle likes to lie to get what he wants so I feel like the bet should only be resolved if we see what his true intentions are when/if he flips
