Sometimes it’s easier to write than others, but usually I find periodic de-stimulation helpful for my creative process. So I turn my phone off, go for a drive or a walk, and try to focus my thoughts on what I want to do next. Something like the internet can be a big distraction, so I might unplug my connection, and just write things out for a bit and update the doc on the cloud later. Another things that helps is separating your writing space from your gaming space. I try to limit YouTube browsing to my phone, video games to my console, and only use my computer for work.

Huh, you're making fast progress here. 8 pages already, it's only been half a week... How do you do it? How do you write Gold like this so fast, I can't do it, I just get stuck with writers block every time.

Thanks for the chapter! Or teaser chapter I guess! I like the sound of this, I'm looking forward to where it goes. Though I feel this kind of development is a bit quick. You sure this wouldn't work better in a flashback later, the previous chapter was different because it was a storyline and plot point you had set up to be resolved almost immediately, and so it demanded an answer, this is the kinda thing you expect to see referenced before a really big fight, though admittedly it still kinda makes sense here.
