The Legend of LUST-Maria update-Patron

This month has proven to be a bit of a trouble, but after implementing a lot of new code we were able to make it. It is quite a big update for a month's work and with this we have concluded the roadmap, first released at the end of last year, listing the main targets for this year's 1st trimester of production. We already have a lot of ideas for what is coming up next but for the moment let us focus on this new update.

The Legend of LUST - Maria update - Patron
Update report:
- New player acquirable character: Maria
This month we are introducing Maria. A monastery nun that will join Lust's party. She will therefore have the ability to fight in battles and will come with her own sex scenes, upgrades, Ego Chamber profile etc.
Since Maria is a character that will stay with the players during the game. We wanted to create a character that would stand out and stick to people's minds. A character done a bit more in depth and that would have its own unique personality and background.
This is also reflected in her 1st sex scene which is also included in this update.
This character will be further expanded in the coming update.
- New sex scene: Maria
The new sex scene we have created for Maria is something unique in which we invested a lot of time and effort.
It is a very complex scene, not only by including all the futures we have slowly been introducing in the past, but also by showcasing several new ones. From new functions to new approaches and new design techniques. Both the model and the animations have been done in great detail. We have also included a build up phase featuring dialogue, undressing, stimulating and touching body parts as well as an arousal bar showing the current progress. We have also dedicated a lot of time in preparing a brand new set of sound fx that really bring the animations to life. The amount of options available are already numerous and they will increase as we expand this scene in the coming update.
This scene also comes with 7 Patron actions involving Hottie joining in for a threesome.
Additionally, the new sex scene also features a brand new approach as it will evolve in time.
You will notice that Maria is reluctant to do certain things (Eg. blowjob, pussy penetration) and this is due to her current "sluttiness" lv. As this value increases, the sex scene will start changing in various ways.
- New character value: Sluttiness
Maria comes with a brand new character value which we have denominated "sluttiness". Maria's "sluttiness" lv can be viewed in the Ego Chamber once the character has been acquired. This level increases as Maria has sex. As the level increases, she will change in various ways. We will not go into details to avoid spoilers.
Note: the additional sluttiness related levels are still a work in progress and will be released at a later stage.
- Ego Chamber expansion
We have also dedicated a lot of time to further expanding the Ego Chamber. We have fixed several problems, updated some old stuff and introduced a bunch of new things. The Ego Chamber now features, on top of Maria's profile page once acquired, the 5 town girls: Farm Girl, Priestess, Candice, Lucille and Annabel. They are featured under the "worker" character category and they all come with their own brief bio.
Furthermore, all character battle skills are now listed and come with a mouse roll over function displaying relative data such as: skill description, mp cost, dmg value and so on.
Since the Ego Chamber has grown a lot since it's first introduction and it now features a lot of things, some of which you might have missed, we have posted a guide for it in our Patreon's "How To" posts section.
Another main thing of interest that we have introduced is the ability to now upgrade battle skills.
- Battle skills upgrading
This month has proven difficult also because of the complexity of the coding required in order to allow us to introduce this new function.
It is now possible to upgrade battle skills. In the Ego Chamber you will see that some skills can be upgraded by spending the character's lust energy. For example, Lust can now spend 20 lust energy to upgrade his Fireball skill so that it deals more damage.
Needless to say, this is something that we will keep expanding as the game progresses.
- New battle
This new update also comes with a new battle. It comes of course with the relative new enemy designs and attacks, coding etc. It won't be much of a challenge, but it surely will be tougher than the last battle we released. As per most games, the challenge lv will increase as we go along. We won't go into more details here, as most of you know we are anti-spoilers, and you will see for yourselves soon enough, while playing the game.
- New battle animations
We have added some new animations for the battles that will mark victory and defeat. This is something that we were missing since we decided to postpone it when we released the new battle system.
The defeat animation and Demonica's victory squirt have been taken from our old flash battle system and edited/adapted to the new system.
Hottie's and Lust's victory animations have been designed from scratch.
- New areas & background designs
This month, as the current mission in the story takes us to the monastery, we are introducing 3 new designs for the locations that will be visited. Again, we don't want to go too much into details and we will let you check it out in the game.
- Work in progress
You will noticed a bunch of things that when clicked on will prompt the text "work in progress". These mark 2 things. 1 the next areas we will open during the next update and 2 the new "crafting" function that we are setting up. Everything that is marked as "work in progress" will be, among other things of course, part of the next update.
- HD (HotDrive) - special edition games for download
This month we have released 2 special edition minigames regarding Maria.
Maria from nun to slut & Maria animated which is a unique variant of the new sex scene that does not feature in the game itself and that focuses directly and solely on Maria.
- Collection pack 16
The new collection pack features several HD images including a special variant of Maria wearing latex that does not feature in the game itself.
- Sex Archive
We have updated the Sex Archive which now features the brand new sex scene with Maria.

- Guides and Walkthroughs
As anticipated above, we have released a guide for the Ego Chamber. On top of that, we have released a walkthrough for the "Open the gate" mission (the 5 girls in the town of Casentium mission). It also comes with a secret cheat function that will allow you to get through it in a flash (how we do it when testing). Lastly, we have updated the existing small guide regarding attributes and character values by adding the new "sluttiness" value.
All these guides can be found in our Patreon's "How To" section.
I think that is all that was worth mentioning, hopefully I didn't miss anything.
Regarding what is coming up next, we will keep you updated during this month's production process.

Hi Summer, thank you for your support, it's great to know that you like our project. Unfortunately, our latest Unity releases require a download (mainly due to a tech requirement of a beta unity asset we are using). We do though have some purely online flash things out. First off if you click on the big button "Play the latest Patron version" on our main Patreon page, you will be redirected to a page with 3 posts. The 1st is the download to our latest release, the second is the last online flash version of the game which dates back to 2017. Also, you might wanna look into the Sex Archive Patron level. That gives you direct access to the original flash sex scenes. It does not require a download and they run a lot smoother than via the Unity engine. Hi John, thanks for reporting that, we are already looking into that glitch. Unfortunately, we are not always able to reproduce it, but we will figure it out. Regarding the wolves, after the fist time you fight them, each time you pass by that area there is a 30% chance to meet a pack of wolves. One way to "trick" the glitch is using the top menu to force a teleport back to the Spawning Den to then go through the mountain pass again. Anyway, we will fix these issues in the newer builds we release.

Having an issue where I had my first scene with Maria, then had to go to sleep. Maria seemed to be in my party, but disappeared as soon as I returned to human world. Trying to get back to her, I get attacked by wolves again. For some reason, it will not advance to the second round of combat. I suspect some varible is telling the game that Maria is there, and the combat round is frozen waiting for her commands, but I can not select her.

Hi Ben, we will need to check it out since this is the 2nd report with that problem. Anyway, do you have an error message window or something like that? If yes could you share it? Did you check the file: "RUN_GAME_INSTRUCTIONS.txt" that comes with the game and shows how to install the specific flash player required for the game to run? You playing on PC or Mac? Do you have any background sofware like "Fraps" that is running and maybe interfering with the game? You can also try to have the game folder directly on the desktop, it did help some Patrons in the past. Also a fresh download of the game might help. Maybe something went wrong during the download. Let us know how that goes and we will run a test run today from download to play to see if we can reproduce your issue.

Hi Derek, You can change the resolution via the setting menu available in the main menu at the beginning of the game and in game in the header menu (mechanical gear icon). You can also hit "esc" on your keyboard to activate/deactivate full screen ;)

Thank you for the additional details kyle and for trying out those 2 solutions (at least we can now potentially rule out those causes). I should have a chance to speak with our Unity developer once his timezone kicks in, he might have a better idea of what is going on and why you are experiencing this problem.
so i re-downloaded the game file and the flash player and it is still giving me the same problem also at the main menu it doesn't do anything when i press "new game" i instead have to press settings and then go back to press it but then the words change from "new game" to "play game" then it actually starts

Hi kyle crane, we will have to look into it. It is something that has never reported before and in the last tests we ran, we never encountered that specific problem. Have you installed the specific flash player as indicated in the "RUN_GAME_INSTRUCTIONS.txt" that comes with the game? Have you started a fresh game from a freshly downloaded build or is it maybe that, old saves from an old build are being run from the latest build? If you click skip tutorial, does the game work fine or do you still have black screen issues? Let us know and in the meantime we will try and reproduce your issue to spot the most likely cause.
so i can't get past the very beginning when the demon is sucking her and it says to click "back" to go upgrade yourself because as soon as i click the back button the screen goes black and won't do anything else

Not all but most updates, have significant core changes that do not work with old builds' saved data. You should avoid using the saved data you currently have to avoid problems with the new update. Either deleting the stored data or starting a new game should solve your issue.

I fucked all the town girls in my latest save before this update, but when I continued on this update I can't get the scene in the woods, and they don't appear in ego chamber, but when I talk to them in town they call me lord etc and I can't fuck them anymore

Check you quest window. Are all the girls marked as fucked? If yes you will see that you need to return to the woods to complete the mission. If you have done that already. The dialogue that follows indicates to return to the town hall to officially take over the town. After that, the new mission starts. Check all dialogues for indications on what to do next.

1st have you played the sex scene? 2ndly you have different tabs in the ego chamber. Lust and Hottie are under main chars tab. Demonica and Maria are under the warriors char tab and the town girls are under the workers char tab. Anyway will check and see if everything is ok.
