Sending you lots of healing energy! If you’re into tea, I found this great Etsy shop that sells a bunch of different kinds (my fave is the anti-inflammatory tea for when I have a Crohn’s flare-up). https://www.etsy.com/shop/MMarvelousMedicinals Also I think your Twitter was hacked 😬, people really suck!

I just watched your latest cancer update on the YouTubes and thought 'that shirt is so cute I want where' and you always come through! Having so much fun perusing their designs. Did you see the shirt that says "Live Fast Watch Trash" and has two raccoons on it watching Bravo? Because it also feels very Helbigian. As far as things that give me comfort I love my light compression gloves that I use for computer use now because I am an aging girlie and our bodies were not built for this contraption. Glad you have been able to find things that give you some extra comfort and cozies during such a challenging time

Thanks Sören!

these are all great suggestions thank you!

It's interesting how there's always a delay with fashion coming over from the US to Europe. In 2003, Abercrombie & Fitch was nowhere to be seen in Germany. Now, however, it's all the rage. The cycle continues that certain clothing styles also tend to become uncool sooner in the US when they're still very popular here. Thanks as always for sharing! It's really cool that you keep posting on Fridays. Of course, if you ever don't feel willing or capable to do so that is totally understandable. But if you can and want to let us know how you're feeling, it's much appreciated. Same goes for the podcast and everything else.

A lot of people also say that Korean pear is really great for hydration and has also been known to cure hangovers. A lot of people like HaiTai crushed pear juice. I also find that 100% cranberry juice diluted in water is very hydrating too. When my aunt went through chemo she really liked eating gingerbread, like Christmas time gingerbread cake. It helps with keeping calories up and is really good!

When my step mom went through chemo she said the only thing that saved her was Campbell’s chicken and stars. She couldn’t stomach anything else. Also if I’m constipated or just wanna crap my pants to ruin my day, eat two ripe peaches or two fiber ones bars and that nugget will pop right out!

So glad to hear you’re doing mostly ok! My dog and I are currently camping. Which for us means a small tent and backpacking food and a kindle and a hammock. And for everyone else here it apparently means string lights and generators and loud music and bbq. Nothing recently has made me feel older. But hey, there’s no wrong way to camp. We’re still having a good time. And tomorrow he learns to swim, in his dog life jacket. Fun? Fun! Ps please try Bundaberg ginger beer. It’s the holy grail.
