I believe I read somewhere that they wrote Ross with David Schwimmer already in mind for the part. The role was literally made for him and he didn't disappoint! Definitely should've gotten an Emmy

Gonna-Need-Stiches-Ball is so funny lmao, first time I watched this episode I couldn't stop laughing at that, I think it's Ross's delivery that really seals it. Also, the moist-maker legitimately sounds like a brilliant sandwich addition, I have to try it.

Your reaction to Danny and his sister is the only correct response 😂 It’s so hard to watch lol. Unhinged Ross is actually comedy gold, he’s so great at it. And you’re right- Monica is super understanding of Chandler’s issues…if it were someone she didn’t already know so well she might not be that patient. I love how that just further highlights that how well they know each other makes their relationship work better. Side note: there’s an extended version of the first coffee shop scene where after Monica tells her joke, Phoebe tells her she’s “starting to sound like Chandler”. They totally should have kept that in.
