🕑 Added 2024-06-30 20:00:02 +0000 UTCThe 6 friends have really come into their own now and feel so in sync with each other, it's delightful! These two episodes made me laugh a lot, particularly Rachel. Enjoy :)

Honestly, Mr. Zellner is a VERY patient and fair man 😂 And Chandler is so sweet when he's not freaking out over commitment issues! Also, if you didn't realise, the carbon cut-outs of Monica and Rachel are named after Pamela Anderson and Yasmine Bleeth from Baywatch.

True. by the way....I hope you weren't offended in any way in my comment. None was intended. I only really watch a few reactors on you tube/ Patreon anymore....yours in the most often. I like the vibe on your channels, and the intellectual, brainy (you are very smart) summaries, and the true heartfelt reactions while keeping it pretty well wholesome.
Oscar
I mean yes but I’ve heard people say that in a comedic way in all kinds of places 😆

Oscar, OMG...."pee-pee" had me cracking up! You must have had an extremely religious upbringing, aren't you like 24 or something? Although you may be a little like Chandler maybe, cause he had to go "pee-pee"...however, he wasn't referring to his anatomy on that one. LOL

Haha, you're right, I hadn't made the connection. Anyone who can sing Sondheim is very talented!

that is not a bloopers that is a actual scene included in DVD version, the remastered version(the one that aired on TV) cut out a lot of scene from the show

I've never seen that scene and I have rewatched Friends a millon times

And I’m referring to the woman who played Rachel’s boss who was smoking. She was the original Baker’s Wife in Into the Woods on Broadway, which she won a Tony Award for.

I did more research just now and apparently it was in the original air and in the DVD box set, but when it went to streaming they cut that joke out (probably for time). https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dHPWGnq9guQ

Yeah, smoking isn’t as big now as it was in those days, so I never have a problem with not smoking, but I totally relate to this with not drinking. I choose not to drink because my family has had problems with alcohol and I don’t want to mess with that for myself. But being in theatre as one of my jobs, everyone drinks, and it’s a very social thing, so it’s very hard when I get the whole, “Wait. You don’t drink? Why,” or feeling left out of things, but it’s more important for my health. That was definitely something I related to in that specific episode.

I’ve seen that before now you mentioned it. I’m pretty sure that was a blooper or outtake but it went so viral because of how funny it was 😆

For some reason, I remembered watching a different version of the scene with Rachel finding out she got a second interview that had a Monica joke. I don't know if the cut version is the one out there nowadays. Anyway, it went like this: MONICA: Rachel, a guy from Ralph Lauren called. You got a second interview. RACHEL: Monica, that's not funny! MONICA: Um, okay. (beat) (Monica starts dancing weirdly) A guy from Ralph Lauren called. You got a second interview! (audience laughs) (scene continues as shown in this video) Never forgot it because it always made me laugh as it kinda came out of nowhere.

Me as the theatre nerd I am, said, “Oh my goodness! It’s the Baker’s Wife from Into the Woods!” 😆

One of my favorite things Chandler says to comfort Monica 🥹

Poor Joey & his girlfriend stuck in the backrooms apartment xD

I just adore them, once again chandler knows exactly what to say to Monica. They are just so great together. Phoebe being petting is great 😂 I like what they do with the kids actors on this show. They show up a couple lines maybe a couple scenes and you don’t see them for a while so I think in this case that would be fine. I can’t stand smoking, can’t be near it. I totally agree that Rachel really has stepped up and done well for herself. Very different from season 1 Rachel.

Interesting to note that most of the cast were heavy smokers throughout the 10 seasons: certainly irl Jennifer, Courtney, Lisa and both Matts did. David was the only one who wasn’t a smoker irl. I’m so glad public smoking laws came out and were enforced in the 2000’s. I’ve always hated coming home from a night out and feeling so gross from 2nd hand smoke, not to mention the inevitable sore throat next few days…
