For your enjoyment, Oscar, The Emperor's New Groove was not actually the movie they set out to make when they originally started writing scripts. Originally, they wanted to write a movie called 'The Kingdom of the Sun' that would have starred Owen Wilson as 'a lowly llama herder bound to switch lives with a selfish, vain prince voiced by David Spade'. The soundtrack was apparently set to feature a whole series of songs written by Sting, and Eartha Kitt was going to voice a 'villainous sorceress determined to block out the sun'. But after years of production snafus - of doubt-filled meetings and catastrophic screenings and arguments - 'Kingdom of the Sun' was shelved. In it's place came what The Emperor's New Groove eventually was. Racing against an impossible deadline rumored to be imposed by an impending Happy Meal Deal, the final film was, in the words of one of its co-creators, the result of 'one of the funniest writers' room you could possibly have. A table of people who had nothing to lose.' The third movie involved was called 'The Sweatbox,' and apparently was so awkwardly truthful that Disney has refused to release it. Anyways, back to 'The Emperor's New Groove'. The movie never actually had a script. It was complete improvisation where even a trampoline salesman out of nowhere just ended up making sense because well... as Mark Dindal said in an interview at one point "Story rooms, often someone will pitch an idea almost as a joke and then someone else goes, "That's funny. But what are we REALLY going to do?" This was the only movie I worked on where someone pitched an idea like that and we went, "Let's use that." Like Yzma, [who's been turned into a] kitten, is falling off the tower and we're like "How are we going to get her back up? She's not going to splat." I don't remember if it was Dave or Don Hall, another story artist who's become a director since, said, "What if there's a trampoline salesman at the bottom and she hits that and bounces back up?" We said, "Oh yeah. That's what it should be." You can't imagine a story session in Bambi where somebody says that. This quickly became a movie where a trampoline salesman makes sense." But they had absolutely no script to archive for this movie. No planning boards, nothing really like that. They absolutely just made this movie off the top of their heads. The final draft that was delivered to the archives was made up of three or four legal boxes of just notes they took in meeting rooms to plan whatever they could for the movie and was delivered TWO WEEKS after the movie was in theaters and is or was the first and only draft of The Emperor's New Groove that made it into the Disney Archives.

omg the Road to Eldorado is my absolute favourite, I really hope he watches it! Also, not on your list, but the Land Before Time takes me back to my childhood so fast 😭 it is one of my favourites to rewatch, but not many have reacted to it.
