Oh! If that's what you mean, then yes, her design has changed from that point. The prologue was an early work and multiple things have changed from that point, for both the plot and the character designs. The standard now is Chandra having the whole chest white, but still covering only from the bottom of her jawline to the end of her ribs.

All flat colors are correct, so you're probably talking about lighting effects. Not much to do there, sadly :P
