Sneak Peek: Bethellium Chapter 3 page 94 - 95

This month's batch of work was particularly difficult. I will deliver all the remaining rewards of the month as soon as possible, but here you have a preview of the next page of Bethellium.
I'm actually not very good at drawing backgrounds despite of what you think, and the amount of time it takes me is usually too long, always with poor results. I have been depending on 3D models heavily to help me with backgrounds for the creation of my comics. But creating the 3D model of an entire town is always a difficult thing to do.
I finally managed to model a decent version of Nebeldorf in 3D and you can see the partial results in this sneak peek. I'll heavily edit the rough sketch you can see here, but hopefully you'll be able to see why it was so difficult for me. Thankfully, with this 3D model at hand, now I have a solid resource to draw future scenes in Nebeldorf and the surrounding region. Will most likely do the same with the very city of Bethellium soon.
Anyway! Hope you like it! The magic shield is now surrounding our heroines! What's gonna happen next?

When it helps you, why not use it. Work smarter not harder. And your Backrounds are always great👍

Draw it, model it, doesn't matter I've not once thought your backgrounds were bad in any way no matter how you actually do it
