Patreon leaks
🕑 Added 2024-07-31 00:09:34 +0000 UTCIt has recently come to my attention that a handful of $10+ rewards have been leaked at gallery sites where they shouldn't.
I'd just like to ask to whoever is posting these images, that you stop. Not only are you undervaluing other patron's support and money, but you're also hurting my income by releasing for free some of the very few content that could actually attract new paying patrons.
I also sell those images as part of digital packs, so I'm not even forcing people to join Patreon as the only way to get access to those images. Furthermore, I also offer those images at alternative sites such as Subscribestar. So, I try to offer this content in as many different ways as possible. Also, comparing the incredibly large ratio of free images I post all the time against the very few I keep paywalled, I personally can't see argument in favor of leaking those exclusive rewards.
I'm also very aware this is a new event, because this never happened before. I know my community very well, so I'm pretty confident I'll be able to locate the leaker and ban them if I want to. So, whoever is leaking this exclusive rewards, please stop.

don't be naive, my friend. Those gallery websites generate ad-revenue and are hosted overseas. making illicit money off ABD's work. Practically contraband but certainly isn't legit. Nor a grey area. That allure will corrupt most if not all with the means to setup a system like that.

If it helps any, the person posting this all on e621 goes by "TurtyFrutty" over there (for the moment, since they're right on the cusp of getting banhammered). EDIT: Aaaaand they're gone.

Oh, so it was leaks indeed, I saw a naked pic of Moccha like a week ago, but i thought it could been spoiled by accident by someone as "one time thing". Today i see post like this and it comes to me that this one was a leak and probably there were more of them. From curiosity, I checked on page i saw Moccha before, now it has stuff from July monthly art set which was yesterday. That's so unfair and disgusting.

Unfortunately, short of actually identifying and banning the culprit, there isn't much more to be done other than a post like this one. Hopefully asking nicely will be enough to make it stop. Best of luck.

Please remember that without ABD this work does not exist, and if you hurt their income you're just seeing to it that they don't succeed. If you really love their artwork don't sabotage their work like this.

Yep, really sucks some asshat figured they could do it. I know that feeling a couple years back someone leaked some images I had posted on a discord onto their twitter. They got the hammer for that. The images they leaked were things I wasn't ready to post but would in time.
