Ever been on a date where you didn't realize it was a date? Spearhead is only now realizing this fun venture with his pals probably ain't entirely platonic
Spearhead is a former royal guard, current contemporary artist/himbo extraordinaire. He and Shining Armor used to date back when they attended guard academy, but lost touch as their lives went in separate directions. Sometime after the royal wedding, however, they reconnect, slipping back into being best bros as if they'd never been apart. Spear is a little annoyed that his crush on Shining hasn't subsided, especially since his bro is married now and Spear would never want to get in between Shiny and Cadie.....but Cadence senses the latent feelings between her horseband and Spearhead and is like cute, buff, kind of heart, dumb of ass? That is 100% my type c'mon Shiny let's get all up in that and so they all get tangled up in each other for a while
Spearhead gets flustered af whenever Shining and Cadence love up on their boi, in turn he writes them the worst poetry you've ever heard and makes hand-drawn valentines, Shining and Cadence treasure every one

This is soooo cute!!! I wouldn't mind at all if he became a permanent third! And oh gosh absolute dorko doting step-dad to the girls. I can see Flurry especially having a close relationship to him, and the poor guy was heartbroken when his widdle Flurry-Worry had a break down and ran away from home. He blames himself and begs her to come home whenever they write
