A snapshot of Mal from a long time ago. Mal was adopted as a infant by a pair of well-meaning but extremely strict prey animals, who figured they’d turn a savage predator into a success story. Mal does indeed grow up to be principal cellist within Zoo York Philarmonic Symphony Orchestra, but ultimately opts out of this extremely coveted life to do her own thing. As an adult, her relationship with her parents is….complicated, to say the least.

Look at her wittle bow tie! Her parents seem like the opposite of Cupcake's, where Cupcake's parents accommodated her predator nature and adjusted whenever they screwed up, Mal's tried to turn her into something she plainly never could be. Even if it were from a place of love it don't matter much, love isn't enough, sadly.
