I love a Gael ramble, especially with a special guest Seanie. Your audio mixing has gotten REALLY good! The overlay of your voice & Seanie's was so good. Bound to confuse the new comers. It sounds like you may be doing some raw, old school, unscripted audios? That would be delighted. I love the ones where you have a fantasy in your head and just GO with it. Lose your mind to it. Also... 17" biceps? Langer, my calves are 17" and I don't know whether that makes your arms ginormous or my calves huge, or both.

I suddenly remembered the first time I had my blood pressure taken. I didn't know what would happen. The doctor strapped this band around my upper arm - and I freaked out. Pulse through the roof, shortness of breath. He took it off immediately and managed to calm me down. Turned out the tightness of the band triggered a surpressed memory from my school days when I had been bullied. At one point the other person had gripped my upper arm very tight, and that was the memory that suddenly resurfaced. Huh.

I so understand the white coat stuff (seen it many times) and I’m happy to hear they’ve got you sorted. Blood pressure cuff size does make a difference too. I must admit though, I’m a bit jelly of that lucky nurse ;) She got to play with those big 💪 of yours. ~fanning myself~ ANY time you need a BP check *this* nurse will be more than happy to pop on over. ;) I’m also glad to hear that things are doing well for your family too. Omg the whole story about the fart pills and what a coincidence bc few days ago my collègues and me were laughing to death while reading this article: https://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/worldnews/europe/france/11253203/Frenchman-develops-pills-to-make-flatulence-smell-of-roses.html ...and we found out that there were some ppl taking the pills, but stopped after a while bc they got confused body reactions and they were farting every 30sec 😂😂 Idk where these ideas really come from?☠️😂 Gael this was such a sweet and funny ramble. Holy smokes. The moon story. That's my entire elementary school legacy. I've lived a thousand miles away from those around me, cognitively speaking, since I can remember. My very favorite weather on school days was heavy thunder and lightning. The kinds of days where you're in your first class of the morning and outside it's dark like 9 p.m. and the whole world is slathered in the deep plum shade of a moody bruise. Loved those days. I wouldn't hear a thing said to me all day. I'd just stare out the window from start to end. An intense thunderstorm will utterly transfix me. Every single time. ♥️🌩️☔

Reaching the part about the kids inventing things to solve world problems, I can't help worry that most talk about machines or robots :( Regardless of what anyone can say about technological advancement and the benefits of artificial inteligence, I stand firm with my belief that nothing can ever replace human beings. It's up to US as individuals, with reason and feelings, to wake up and realize that we have to save our planet. We can't invent any machines to do that

I have a story about elephants and circuses, too! 😄 So, when I was 12 I think, I went on a school trip to a tiny place in Czech Republic, and we went to a tiny local circus. They handed out programmes beforehand, and it said they had an elephant show. As I said, the big top was tiny and the whole time, we were all wondering how they'd gonna fit an elephant in there. Then the time came, the curtains opened, and.... a grey poodle dressed in an elephant costume came running into the ring 😂 I always love your rambles! Your laugh never fails to make me smile and giggle 😄 And I love your boots on the ground reporter! 😄 Any chance you'll ad a paws on the ground reporter to the Gaelforce FM team? 😉 🐾 I'm so glad you're okay! I love your updates. It’s fun to hear you sounding so well. And yay for Emmy and Scaleforce! Those water pods are awesome! I used to volunteer at a Boston Marathon water stop and we had to rake up all of the discarded paper cups and shovel them into trash bags. Thankfully they weren’t plastic water bottles, but it was still hundreds of bags of trash. Big race events are definitely not environmentally friendly.

You do so much for us with your audios that I always feel bad asking for anything in particular, but I do really miss the first years of Patreon when you did Rambles quite a bit more so I was so glad you did this one. Although if you don't update us on the little fluffy king, ball of energy known as Robert aka Bobby, we may have to send some type of search and rescue team out to you. We miss seeing the little guy, you know? Take a ten second vid of him running through the field??? Something??? We got used to him being part of the family here in Gaelandia and his energy and that face are truly missed. I am so grateful you are doing well healthwise. I too get the "white coat" blood pressure reading sometimes and it doesn't matter how much I try and calm my nerves, it still happens. My doctor has learned to take a reading before the appointment and at the end. It usually results in a 15 or 20 point variance. It's crazy. But I can't stand doctors. For my life, doctors have always been equivalent to bad news and pain. Few exceptions if any to that. We love and adore you G, remember that. And I look forward to seeing what your mind cooks up in the coming months. I have loved you taking on so many ideas we ladies have provided you with but honestly your sexy mind is just as equal to the task. :)

Thanks for the updates! Made my afternoon. Just my Mama input, as someone who has dealt asthma the majority of my life, use the inhalers if your Dr thinks you need them. I brushed them off for awhile, the other medication worked ok, but when I finally listened to the Dr & stopped being stubborn, yeah, breathing better & the breathing tests are better too. Ok, Mama advice done, always look forward to what you bring us. Thanks G!!

I find it alittle ironic you're mentioning the plastic/trash issue, Gael. I literally just got back from the big island of Hawaii. You can't find plastic bags there anywhere. They have recycling bins all over and it just felt like paradise to me. One side was like rolling hills and green mixed with black lava rock. The reason I mentioned it because I don't remember seeing trash any where and then when I got back to the mainland it made me sad. It made me slightly angry that we treat our land so badly. Oh, we call it elementary, middle/junior high, and high school btw 😋
