I had a funny yet motivating phrase at work among the artists: "While you sleep, a Chinese artist is drawing." It kind of implied that every time you slack off or rest, you’re not developing. Meanwhile, the Chinese are working hard and improving. And suddenly, the desire to rest disappears. I still remind myself of it sometimes😅
