A couple of notes. It looks like the variables emroute, nicroute, empoints, and nicpoints don't get initialized properly with old saves. This causes errors at the club choice. I don't think it's an issue for new games, though. Also, it seems like there are a few lines that don't make sense if you reject Lucy. Specifically, it's when talking to Cole in the morning and the scene with Lucy after the Ava/Alice choice. Not really a huge issue, but I figured it was worth pointing out.
