You can tweak the model to potentially remove that censorship, that's what running the model allows for, even if it's against the license. But out of the box, it's obviously going to be shipped the way it was originally built (i.e. with censorship).

Wait, can’t you download the model and run it locally without censorship though? Or are the values and biases of "socialism with Chinese characteristics" built into the model?
