A new year! A new day! A new dawn!
🕑 Added 2025-01-03 18:35:00 +0000 UTCBy the gods it's already 2025... I seriously can't believe how crazy this last year was, but it has been a life-changing journey. This is gonna be a rambling update, so be prepared.
Goblin Encounter Update:
So right now where do I stand with the update to TotE:GE? I am wrapping on the main story, I am now just left the epilogue and some other small additions I just feel the story needs. I also do know that there's a couple renders here and there that I want to go back and fix/change/update/add, but those will come closer to final release. Also, I'm going to try to get out a "pre-release" version sooner rather than later. (Trying for the next week or two) I want to get some feedback from patrons and also just have some extra eyes catching my probable numerous typos and inconsistencies.
The future for "Tales of the Eclipse":
After this update, I'm going to do a bit of a pause on continuing the project. I have reached a bit of an impasse for what I would like to do for the future of the story. The VN format is something that I absolutely love, but my work ethic is just not getting me to where I want it to be. I still am going to continue the story and explore some more of this ever expanding world, but I need to find some new method of exploring the story that I can do in even smaller bits and pieces. I haven't quite figured out what my plan is yet, but we got time...
The future of "Dax":
Oh yeah! I'm a part of this too. Honestly, this year has been one for the record books. I hit some of my highest highs and my lowest lows at a record pace and boy that took its toll, but also it's no excuse that I very much dropped the ball with working on this update. I'm going to focus on getting this update out and then I want to take a little break from TotE to reassess where I want to go with it. What I really want to take some time and learn Blender, and I want to go back to my roots and get out some more "regular" renders as well. I miss my main girls and want to make some new ones. The other big thing I want to do this year is to re-do some of my older models, and work on stuff like their skin textures and other subtle details.
As always thank you all for you continuous and overwhelming love and support! I have a lot of plans for this year, but I'm... honestly not that worried. I'm excited to build, learn, and grow this year. Realistically, I don't think it's going to be a CRAZY BIG year, but I think that's why I'm more excited. This year is going to be on to set the foundation of much more to come!

Whatever you decide to do, good luck. It's gonna be a year like that for me too, some big decisions. Very much looking forward to seeing what you have accomplished with GE, though!
