The crazy part is Wood Harris is a real eclectic type dude. He is not thuggish AT ALL but he’s famous for playing drug dealers. I used to see Wood and Idris Elba around NY even after they became famous. Wood Harris dressed like Lenny Kravitz; more rock star style. And Idris Elba loved to DJ so he would DJ lounges & just be hanging out with the people. When I first heard him talk & realized he was from the UK I was bugging out.

Crazy enough, Cam'ron, who played Rico, actually got shot in DC a couple years after this movie came out. Some ppl say they shot him because of his portrayal of Alpo.
