It transitions to a rap song sampled by A Tribe Called Quest "Bonita Applebum" (1990). The lead of Tribe is Q Tip who plays Markel who gets killed at the drive in, so that's him you hear rapping. "Big Poppa" came out after in 1994.

Loved the react. It shows maturity when someone can take constructive criticism and consider implementing it. I could tell that you were being mindful of what your patrons want. Only thing I would add is you might wanna take it back a few seconds after you pause. That way you won’t miss things that were interrupted. BTW, Hot sauce on popcorn is 🔥. We didn’t have hot popcorn back then.

This movie was actually filmed around the time of the LA Riots. John Singleton said that they tried to keep Pac away from going down there and participating, but he went anyway 🤣 They said Pac was bussin' off shots and shooting car windows out. He came back to work the next day to finish filming the movie.

glad y'all finally got to this movie. crazy to believe this movie came out 31 years ago. Everytime I see a movie with Pac in it, i sit and wonder what could have been with his career. Also the song playing at the end was sung by Janet (as you probably already know) but she was nominated for an Oscar for that song
