I know at the end of the credits, they show a picture of the Dells but Nah they don’t have a movie but yall are gonna love the temptations. There is a documentary/BTS as how the five heartbeats was made. Yall should definitely watch it, even if it’s just on your own time.

Love that yall finally got to this one! One of my favorites growing up! Fun Fact: Robert Townsend(Duck) wrote and directed the movie. He was inspired by the groups The Temptations and The Dells. The Temptations were suppose to be consultants on the movie but the studio didn’t want them to cause they didn’t want it to be depicted as a “temptations” movie. So, they pulled inspo from The Dells singing group. It’s fiction but HEAVILY inspired but real stuff the groups went through back then
