Slim Charles turned out to be one of my favorite characters. The actor that plays Slim was then & still is a DC Go Go band leader of the Backyard Band. The Wire was his first acting job. One of the reasons I love the show is because they used real people too. Like Snoop also.

Jae & Amanda, please go back to the scene around 15:20 when Lester was going off on McNulty and Kima. It was actually a funny interaction between Lester and them because Lester agrees with McNulty. After McNulty and Kima left, Lester came back in and said to Pres, “Take a look at those properties!” I think that’s important to connect to what happens later.

not gonna tell the show but from what yall seeing so far what McNulty did so far to make anyone like him, yeah he's gonna do whatever to get his man but that's the problem 2 he's gonna do whatever to get his man so if i have to go behind his back or let her burn by taking the heat, he doesn't care who gets hurt or fired as long as he won. and it's not just this show it kiils me how shows make it look we pose to like a certain people, my eyes McNulty and another are the real Villains no loyalty

Cutty is a great new character . A large part of his acting in his eyes . They often show what's going on with him during situations more than his dialog . The scene where he's having trouble with the lawnmower seems unimportant but that was a moment again where his eyes conveyed his conflict. Missing his more familiar occupation .

Weebay in the prison with Avon, remember both of them talked to Cutty inside the prison. The tall dude is Slim Charles who is WeeBay equivalent. He’s a soldier for Avon & Stringer.
