The few fav scenes from this movie all involve Denzel lol i hear you Jae in regards to fighting the white mans war.Ive always been like "Why yall wanna fight the white mans war,doing his dirty work against someone/people/a country whom you know nothing about and (whom in all honesty aside from the battle BS)could be friends outside of war" I believe its all a game created by evil behind the scenes,as a means to gain power,profit off of and cause conflict between ourselves(humanity)& a distraction from who our real enemy is(the very evil behind it all)Muhammed Ali is a perfect example of this as his view on the war were the same i believe. Think dude in the movie were the warden from Shawshank lol

First I want to say this was a great reaction:) Second I suggested this because of the last poll. There are a lot of movies they have stated within the comments that they are or will put on their list because they keep being requested. For example the ones they already watched like Malcolm X, Boomerang, Brown Sugar ect...Movies that never made the poll or just never got enough votes but they added these HIGHLY requested films to their own list of movies to watch.

Nah thats how some of us are constantly missing the opportunity to see our suggested picks because most seem to suggest and vote for the more popular movies some of us dislike or arent interested in.You aint seen the previous polls and comments yet? Lol i understand we cant have every movie we suggest reacted to but atleast its fair if there are poll winners aswell as others that dont make it.Some of the movies that dont make it or lesser known movies i feel are sometimes great underrated films or hidden gems.It is just personal preference at the end of the day and isnt always a true indication of how good or bad a movie maybe as everybodies views and opinions differ,just have to watch for yourself to decide.Suggestions and votes can just be helpful on deciding which direction to take.

Uhh I’ve seen this too much. Literally got shown this in high school lol. When it comes to black history. Schools love to show us the films where we getting our ass beat. As far as suggestions go tho. if it’s Denzel it will always be devil in a blue dress first then out of time, ricochet (a wild one), he got game, mo better blues, Deja vu. As far as just overall movies I’m tryna see yall watch: white men can’t jump (og), one night in Miami (dope flick), American pie (one of the movies u gotta see for not another teen movie), talk to me (2007), city of god (one of the greatest films ever made). Nice lil blend of comedies and dramas

I would rather look at it as Celebrating Black movies, actors, actresses and black culture. I would also like to see movies that tells the history in the movies as well rather than it being strictly all about the history which I don’t have anything against but I would like a good mix in those types of movies.

I would consider it BH becuz of the events, the actors, actresses and of course it was written directed by Spike Lee. I feel the same it do depict racial tension more that anything which is also part of not just BH but other race history as well.

There’s rank to military procedures when speaking. A private has no business talking to a major. Unless he has been given permission to speak to that major. A private can only talk to other privates or his superior officer. If he goes above that it’s bad. He would have to get permission from that officer or his superior officer to speak to them.
