This was not my favorite episode. Is it possible that I actually miss Dan? I mean, I wanna say no, but in all honesty, when he's in episodes, they are often just better. It's been a while since we've seen him.
I kind of love that Brooke's response to Peyton's pregnancy wasn't jealousy. It was concern that the dress she made for her wedding wouldn't fit anyone. Which, is fine, honestly. I don't think I said it in the reaction, but that dress wasn't really screaming Peyton to me.
And speaking of Peyton's pregnancy, how the hell did Haley find out? She tricks Lucas into telling her because she claims she already knows. So who told her? I mean, a lot of people know, but still, it was just so weird to me! Also, I was so SURE that Haley was not going to carry Jamie to full term. I would have bet all my money in the world on it. I don't see any reason for Peyton to lose this child, but that's why I'm afraid she will. Just to blindside me!
I'm still not sure where I stand on Julian. I think I'm softening a little bit. Also, this was totally a date. He didn't want it to seem like one, and neither did she, but it totally was. Candles, wine, and sharing past trauma? Sounds like a date to me. But I wonder if this had anything to do with Sam telling Julian that Peyton was pregnant.
I can totally get behind Mia and Chase dating. I like it quite a bit. However, I'm not sure that Haley and Nathan would spend there only free night away from Jamie and with them. They haven't seen each other in like a week!
Also, I kind of hope Millie takes Brooke up on that buying job in New York. Not that I want her to go, but I really want her to have a clean break from Mouth. I'm totally Team Millie here. Not that I, like Brooke, don't understand why Mouth is upset, but this is still his fault.
Is it just me, or are the walkie-talkies the best part of this episode?

Sorry you didn't like this episode very much. I get not really caring for all the karaoke stuff, but the Nathan/Chase, Jamie/Andre scene was hilarious, lol. And I did think the double date at Tric was a fun evening for Naley and it was nice to see them just being able to kick back and enjoy an evening out for once. Even though Nathan was only home for the weekend, it wasn't a stretch that Naley would want to enjoy an evening out for a couple of hours without Jamie, since Leyton were watching him. I'm sure they spent the rest of the weekend together as a family. And yes.... the walkie talkies were totally the best part of the episode. The ending coda on NHJ was the best. It was sweet getting to see Lucas and Nathan talk on them, and then Nathan saying goodnight to his son, before curling up with Haley who was already fast asleep on his chest. Like I said...the best way to end the episode, hehe. And I liked the Brooke and Julian stuff too, and I can't wait to see your reaction to them and Julian as we move forward with things. And I too like it better when Dan is on-screen. I definitely think his character is needed, and the episodes are better when he's around for sure.

Lucas and Nathan got to play walkie talkies was the best part of the episode for sure. And Jaime saying we put them down an hour ago was epic

Peyton accidentally told Haley last episode, or Haley guessed after Peyton accidentally implied she was thinking about how to raise kids.
