I plan to spend the entirety of today in bed, desperately trying not to get sicker. That is my entire plan. Drink tea. Don't move. Lol.
That said, the inevitable is finally upon us. One Tree Hill is over this week. I don't know how we got here. I'm so sad. Also, I really like S9. Is that popular? I feel like oftentimes the last season of a long running show it's that great, but I'm loving what we're getting here.
Anyway, this means, we have to replace it. You guys have sent me some suggestions. I've got some of my own also.
Shortly after this goes up, you'll be getting two polls. One, to choose the next shows, and another to decide how we want the tiers to be. If you missed that post, we've got 3 choices:
Everything stays exactly the same (which I didn't think would possible a month ago, but I am so less stressed and everything is easier now). We choose a new show and continue at 3X/week for $15/month and 1X/week for $10/month.
We can change the tier down to $13/month and the new show will get 2 episodes/week for $13/month and 1 episode a week for $10/month.
Or, we keep things at $15/month, bump up The Vampire Diaries to 3X/week, and add a new show in at 2X/week. So that would be $15/month for 3 episodes of The Vampire Diaries and 2 episodes of whatever replaces One Tree One Hill per week. (Not to mention Shameless at 2X/week is in there too).
Also, One Tree Hill ends this Wednesday, and I won't be posting whatever we're replacing it with until the following Monday. So, just a head's up, we'll be a show short on Friday, but there's a lot of other Friday things to choose from.
I feel like I'm usually much chattier in these schedule posts, but right now, all I want is to go get more tea. 🤣

Feel better Dana, and yes it's hard to believe it's the end of OTH. How did 187 episodes go by so fast, lol? And yes....S9 is pretty popular, especially on the heels of S8, hehe. I just wanted to mention that Hulu does have the extended version of 9x13, so you should be good to go there, but you'll just have to decide if you want to include the Always and Forever special that aired during the first 30 mins of the series finale. They don't include that on the streaming services, so you'll have to pull it up on YouTube and react to it that way. I hope you do because it's well worth it, and I think you'll enjoy it greatly. This one was posted about 6 months ago and it's great quality with zero interruptions. It's labeled One Tree Hill: Always & Forever 4K (TV Movie 2012) by Kiss "Leon" Jozsef. So, fingers crossed you decide to include it :)

Also two other comedies that I think you will love are New Girl and The Good Place they are both sooo good and my favourite comedy comfort shows along with Brooklyn Nine Nine.

I get it, it does start to add up when you’re paying for multiple different streaming services but in the future if you do end up somehow getting Apple TV then I think you would love the show. You would absolutely love Brooklyn Nine Nine especially if you loved Parks and rec.

Bad Sisters does look like something I would enjoy, but I don't have Apple TV. Dan and I talked about it, but we just can't justify another streaming service. Lol. I hear that about B99 all the time. I'm not sure why I never watched it considered Parks and Rec is one of my favorite shows ever. It seems like something I would like.

I have a show that’s 2 seasons long that I think you would like if you want any suggestions for a show to replace One Tree Hill it’s called “Bad Sisters” and it’s an Irish mystery comedy drama show about solving a crime and it’s really good and has great dynamics with the characters that I think you will like. If you want a longer show a suggestion I have a Brooklyn Nine Nine it’s such a amazing show and comedy with some brilliantly written characters and if you want a great couple there is some on that show that I think you will love.
