I paid for the membership, but apparently, even though I can sign in to You Tube like normal and see non-paid videos, on THIS CHANNEL I am unable to play the videos because You Tube wants a "sign in" but gives no method to do so. I am very frustrated. I love your videos and want to support you, but am having great difficulty in getting the videos to play. I don't have the same issue with other Patreon content I watch, so not sure what's happening.

You are one of my favorite storytellers, and I don't perceive you as stiff at all. I do think you could add more personal thoughts to the story, but I don't know if it's necessary. It's pretty easy to guage the kind of person you are just by listening to the things that matter to you.

I love this format and don’t feel that it loses anything from your on location videos (although the one at Disneyland is iconic 😁). This is the only one of your videos in 5ish years I did have to turn off. Just thinking about a devoted dog so confused and upset at the loss of its person made me start crying too much to finish the video. They love us so much and so often do not get credit for their emotions. Animals rarely get the credit they deserve for their sentience.

I'm reminded of a kerfuffle on Tumblr some years back about a woman reaching out to the "vulture culture" (organic remains preservation?) community to see if anyone could use her amputated toe in a jewelry piece. Big fuss over whether the "weirdos who collected dead things" should be given human remains. Difference being, it was HER toe, and she gave consent to make something artistic with it FOR HER USE. This? Lady just selling human pieces she found? Not cool. Hopefully those animal parts didn't have human caretakers who were similarly uninformed. Hope the dogs have recovered and are doing well.

Honestly, I enjoyed it as much as your scripted videos. You are a great storyteller and you have a feel for the rhythm of oral storytelling with the right pauses, asides, and minor diversions that tie back into the story. I don't think it needed more personal stories in it. That would have been too much of a digression from the main story, IMHO. There were plenty of asides and your take / opinion were very clear - especially your thoughts on people like this woman who are just "dum-dums" selling body parts. I also don't think you really needed more energy either. I'm writing this at midnight and exhausted from a lot of work, and it had plenty of energy to keep my ADHD brain paying attention. :)

Ok, you probably won't like this because it's not critical enough but; 1. I think your style is fine...i like it. Sometimes we tend to be over critical of ourselves because we become used to hearing ourselves perform...it's easy to get "tired and bored with yourself" while everyone else thinks you're doing swimmingly. 2.
