Correct - and we did a follow-up to this in a separate post today. Ya' all have been paying attention.
So my take on it is that Russia are officially combat ineffective as previously predicted! I think we are starting to see the process unfold over all fronts! At least thats what I'm getting from this?

Just read it too. I'm a bit confused. The strain on unrotated troops? Fighting at Victory Square.
What was the big news? The fact that Russia tried to establish another wet crossing and was denied? I didn't see anything that major in the report.
