Russia-Ukraine Flash Report 27 SEP 2022 12:45 PDT - Russian Defensive Lines Collapsing
🕑 Added 2022-09-27 19:42:51 +0000 UTCIt's coming in fast again - think of this as a mini Situation Report done in bullets. Moving north to south
- Ukraine has firmed up the bridgehead at Dvorichna, and working its way through Tavilzhanka
- Ukraine is preparing an advance on Lyman-Pershyi from the north, the town is the last Russian defensive point between the Dvorichna and Kupyansk bridgeheads
- The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine announced the liberation of Kupyansk-Vuzlovyi, which means full control of the massive railroad yards
- ASSESSMENT - very likely there is a lot of ammunition and Russian equipment captured; this was a major transit hub with no time to retreat
- ASSESSMENT - with the official announcement of the liberation, Ukrainian forces are from 7 to 15 kilometers east and south of Kupyansk-Vuzlovyi based on official policy
- Unconfirmed but reliable reports Ukrainian forces have reached the southern edge of Borova and have military control of Pidlyman
- Ukraine liberated Novyi Myr, widening its crossing of the Donetsk-Kharkiv administrative border
- Ukraine liberated Nove - with video
- Ukraine liberated Shandryholove - with pictures
- Multiple reports from Russian sources that Russian troops withdrew from Novoselivka
- Russian forces claim Ukraine has occupied Kolodyazi
- Multiple reports that Ukrainian forces have moved through the forests to the edge of Torske
- BARS-13 defending Drobysheve are fully surrounded; they might have a 2-kilometer area of open fields to try and move through that is under full fire control of Ukraine
- Ukraine has established fire control over the Lyman-Zarichne Road - Russian troops in Lyman are out of options
- Ukraine has almost reached the Zherbets River at multiple locations
- Unconfirmed reports that insurgents in the area have engaged in the fighting independently

Or trying to create another issue for people to focus on trying to take eyes off Ukraine…I wouldn’t be shocked if it was them it lines up with their MO
Ah but much like the damn and power grid they often fail to see the full picture or things further down the River…
Thank you for the feedback and we appreciate your support. We're at the absolute limit, and really over the limit at this point.
Not really - it appears everyone agrees it is sabotage, but not a lot of credible theories are being tossed around. The consensus is that the damage was caused by explosions, with the theory being that it was caused by a bomb-delivered PIG, implying that Russia did self-sabotage. But there are problems with that theory (not economic). Russia has already signed to build the Power of Siberia Pipeline 2 with China, with construction slated to begin in 2024 - they've basically given up on Nord Stream 1 and 2, so their destruction isn't a blow to the long-term plan. Because everything is going to plan.
Great job and I'm really glad I found you folks early on. Linnea is fantastic but I miss the tick tocks. Regarding map - I know it takes a lot of time to keep up to date but could you mark key bridge damage if possible? Thanks.
Any intel on the pipeline leaks?
In the SITREP it describes people in Russian occupied areas fighting back.
Honestly I just picture the French Resistance of WW2. Except with iPhones.
Sorry, when you say insurgents, you mean…
