What's the big story? Russia launched 38 missiles at Ukrainian and shifted tactics, reducing the effectiveness of Ukrainian air defenses. Another highly inaccurate Kh-22 missile struck an apartment complex in Dnipro, killing at least 21 civilians.
The second story? Ukraine continues to cling to Soledar while the situation for Russian around Kreminna is getting worse.
