I don’t know, but it makes me cry!
By March 17th, 2022 most of the buildings already did look like that. At this point Russians already bombed the theater. But yeah this is 2023, because it’s too quiet.
Well considering its only just a years anniversary since the war started.....I don't think those buildings looked like that last year!

23 those people don’t look like someone who just went through that. They’re too calm and look to have accepted that’s their current reality. Also their path besides what’s filming seems to be clear. Also they hardly pause at the “rover” they’ve gotten used to it
My thoughts are to many buildings standing to be 23 therefore it is 22

2023 I'd guess based on clothing (coats) as it's still a bit chilly this time of year & it looks more brown than gray, so I'd wager some time has passed since the seige. It breaks my heart and every single time I think about Mariupol and try to imagine what it's like living in that "city" after almost a year of this.
