If you're accessing Patreon through their app, it's not a very good app. We strongly recommend using the web browser on your device. You need to have an adobe Acrobat reader that supports version 8.X or higher n a desktop, or the latest version for iOS and Android if you're reading on a phone or tablet. You can simply update your Adobe reader app of choice from the device manager on your phone or tablet.
