Brick officially makes Zoe a partner at the medical practice.
Meanwhile, the Breelands are trying to put together the perfect engagement party, but run into a few complications.
During the party, Lavon finally tells Lemon the truth about the proposal and she leaves, while Zoe goes into labor.
Annabeth also gets angry about George assuming that she'd eventually move to Nashville to be with him. She suggests that they break up.
Lavon enlists Brick and George to help him plan a real proposal. Before he can do so, everyone meets up at the hospital to support Zoe and Wade, who then decide to get married as soon as possible.
George tells Annabeth that he loves her and they agree to try to make it work.
Not caring about the perfect moment, Lavon proposes to Lemon on the side of the road.
Zoe and Wade say their vows on the way to the delivery room, welcoming their son into the world shortly after.
In a musical flash-forward, Lemon and Lavon get married with the whole town present and George and Annabeth are shown settling down together.

I wish it had gone on for many more seasons lol. I'm gonna miss your reactions to this amazing show. Loved both Zoe and Wade and Lemon and Levon's weddings as I think it made sense for them as indiviual couples. Although I also wish we got to see more of Lemon and Levon's wedding and didn't just have it be a footnote in the end of the the episode but I am happy we atleast got something which is better than nothing. Loved Levon's re-proposal and just love how happy and buubly he makes Lemon which is not a sentance I thought I would be saying when I first watched season 1 of this show. Love how far Lemon has come as a character and love, this amazing small town filled with all sorts of entertaining and quarky characters and it becoming the town that Zoe is now happy to call home and where she met both the platonic and romantic love of her lives in Levon and Wade. I feel like I would have personally felt more for George and A.B if they didn't just get together just a couple of episodes ago with no fleshed out romantic backstory at all, becuase I love both of their characters as indiviuals soo so much but just don't feel much towards them as a couple since we didn't get seasons upon seasons of buildup for it like Levon and Lemon and Zoe and Wade. Overall really loved this episode and how the whole town came togther for Zoe and Wade's child's birth. Cried alot throughout and loved that everyone got their happily ever after in the end.
