I think I'd end the page with a question mark. I suppose "Gwenwins" works as a kind of pet name, maybe it's easier to say than "Gwenikins"? But if her motto is "Gwen wins," well... Anyway, that last person is being a bit bitchy herself, isn't she? It's not as if Gwen said "Out of my way, I have to get to my panel"...
