Yeah, the word "distraction" really feels like a real world code word for not wanting to deal with one's status. I haven't personally run into it, but it rings true. I don't know if it is a limit on trades, but they can definitely see that Stephanie is randomly trading. And I think there is a level of concern with any HR when someone makes a large sudden unannounced change. Like if someone went from no tats to a full body over a weekend. https://youtu.be/UDxvMP2_3Nk

I mean its definitely a dick move, but kinda understandable. Not positive what their limits on swapping are but It could be possible to swap for skills, intelligence, or possibly age. Might be a problem if she is suddenly 14 for instance. But making threats like this is defiantly not cool.

Like you want to show that diverse people shop at your store. So you use what ever LGBT customers you happen to have in promotions. But not actually doing anything to make them feel welcome in the store. Harsher version than I actually feel he is. Just more clueless.

Sorry to hear about the coworkers. My boss is positive and understanding. He means well but its perceived that he uses LGBT staff as props. I think that's the most condensed way to say it.

My boss was really understanding but my colleagues they are treating me like I am something that shouldn't exist. But I think that is normal behavior in military. If you don't agree with it, crush it.
