I think it's about killing off the trades market by making it legally impossible for the market to function? That seems to be the intended effect.

From a reactionary congressional prospective, I can understand the 1 per month limit, it’s a simple “slow down” rule. But what’s even the rationale behind the “temporary” trade rules being changed? Just to screw over Stephanie specifically? If anything I think people upset by the “Wyatt to Stephanie” internet event would make it *harder to keep* a traded trait, not *easier* This is basically allowing single party consent permanent trait transferral. It seems like the opposite of what they’re upset about.
