I know this may not be one of the most exciting pages, but I do think this are important to have a clear start to a new day, and touch base on where Stephanie is right now.

I think working out is one of her new comfort spaces thanks to the previous trades. But the headphones, might be there to help as well.

It's very nice that the exercise habits didn't come with any of the anxiety, she seems to be doing REALLY well despite being flip flopped so many times!
