A little late this morning. My arm went a entirely numb last night. Super scary. But nothing to worry about. It's happened before. I have some nerve issues. I haven't been doing the physical therapy to keep it up as I've been losing weight (down 80lbs total). Time to get back into things.

It's doing better. I thankfully know how to care for it properly now. Painkillers and stretching. Need to make an appointment with a massage therapist. The weight loss is great, but now went from being too big for clothes to everything fitting great to being too small for my existing clothes.

Hope your arm is ok. And congrats on that amazing weight loss - I know how hard that is (lost 30 myself and it changed my life's outlook).
